Attention

• First boot takes a while.
  Wait at least 5 mins for it to boot.
• OmniROM Kernel has TWRP as default recovery,
  so you won’t be able to restore CWM backups on TWRP.

NOTE : Omni Rom does not come with Root by default. You have to flash SuperSU manually to get Root !!

Installation

1. Download the ROM from the link below
2. Download gapps for 4.4
3. Put the zip files on your SDCard
4. Reboot on Recovery
5. Wipe Data / Factory Reset
6. Select “Install the Zip from External Storage”
7. Choose Omni zip file
8. Choose GApps zip file
9. Reboot to system

Instructions

First time, be gentle:
1. Make sure that you are on the JB Bootloader
2. If coming from any other ROM, do a factory reset and wipe /system
3. Proceed with “been around the block instructions”

Been around the block:
1, wipe dalvik and cache
2. Flash ROM
3. Flash Gapps
4. Reboot

What is AICP?
AICP is known by someone as Ice Cold Project that started on Desire HD and since than evolved as a mature rom with the BEST community you can find!!!
Rom has always been AOKP based so expect all AOKP goodies + new additions.
If there are any bugs, either we will sort them or AOKP team if it conserns their modifications. This rom isn’t AOKP supported so no need to report errors or bugs to them!!

ROMS

ROMS should contain everything you need to enjoy JB. You are not required to install any Add Ons, simply download the latest ROM, gapps, flash it, and go!
You are STRONGLY recommended to fully wipe your device before flashing, and if possible avoid restoring system apps and system data with Titanium Backup – these can cause stability issues that are very hard to debug. If you believe you know what you’re doing – then fine, go ahead, but please don’t complain if you experience strange behavior.

How to flash:

• Download the ROM from download section
• Download gapps for 4.4 on http://dwnld.aicp-rom.com/?device=gapps-mini
• Put the zip files on your SDCard/Internal Storage
• Reboot on Recovery
• Wipe Data / Factory Reset
• Select “Install the Zip from External Storage”
• Browse to your zip location
• Choose AICP zip file
• Choose Gapps zip file
• Reboot to system
